nibbl 0.4.0: visits, gift eggs, badge

Your nibbl is not alone anymore.

• Friends visit. When another nibbl waves at yours (/nibbl wave <serial>), its pet walks into your scene for a minute and a half to say hi. If you hid the band, you get a short note instead.
• Coding today. The band and /nibbl show how many nibbls were active in the last 24 hours.
• Gift eggs. Your nibbl lays an egg at level 10 and another at level 25. /nibbl egg shows the code. A friend runs /nibbl egg <code> before their own egg hatches, and their nibbl hatches as your nibbl's child, with your mark when the roll allows. Both cards show the family link. No XP, no better odds, just a bond.
• Profile badge. /nibbl badge prints a markdown snippet with your live pet for your GitHub profile README.
• /nibbl invite still works and now points to gift eggs.

nibbl 0.3.0: grow, share, achieve, invite

Your nibbl grows up, keeps score and makes friends.

• Daily greeting. The first time you work with Claude each day, your nibbl says hi in a way that fits the hour. The band shows what it is up to: sipping coffee in the morning, sunbathing in the afternoon, reading the logs in the evening.
• Evolution you can show off. At level 10 your nibbl becomes a teen, at 25 an adult, and it tells you. /nibbl share prints a ready post and an X link with your pet's card.
• Achievements. 15 long goals, from First Bite to Marathon (10,000 turns). /nibbl achievements shows what you have and what's next. They also appear on your public card. Lifetime counts start from this release.
• Invite a friend. /nibbl invite tells you what to send. Your friend runs /nibbl invite <your serial> before their egg hatches, and your two nibbls become Friends: an achievement and a link on both cards. No XP, no odds bonus.
• Nibbl of the week. The real nibbl that gains the most XP from Monday to Sunday (UTC) is crowned on https://getnibbl.pages.dev/week/
• News queue. At most one piece of news per answered turn, so nothing piles up on your screen.
• The site now has llms.txt and a proper 404 page with a lost pet.

nibbl 0.2.0: waves, notes, rank

Your nibbl is no longer alone.

• /nibbl wave <serial>: send a heart to another nibbl. They see "Mochi #000016 waved at Byte ♥" on their next sync. No text, no chat, no XP, just a wave. Up to 10 a day, one per nibbl.
• Rank on the board: /nibbl shows your place and who is right above you, with the command to wave at them.
• Notes from the maker: every couple of days, a short note from the person who made nibbl. Twenty in total, never repeated.
• Update notice: when a new version ships, /nibbl tells you how to get it.

What leaves your machine is still only event types and times, your machine hash and pet serial, plus now the serial you wave at. Never code, prompts or commands.

The real nibbl: your pet now lives on the server, with a serial number, a card page and a place on the leaderboard.

• Hatches after 10 Claude turns. One roll per machine, forever: common 40%, uncommon 30%, rare 18%, epic 9%, legendary 3%, shiny 4%.
• XP is computed on the server with hourly caps, so nobody can outgrow an honest player.
• Offline first: events wait in a local queue and sync every few hours and at session end.
• /nibbl pet pets it from the prompt (or ctrl+x tab, then p, on the band).
• /nibbl name, label, odds, export, import, hide.
• Sends only event types and times plus a hash of your machine id. Never code, prompts, files or commands.
