Creating keyboard shortcut for clicking baloons

sometimes i hear a description from my computer like "click this baloon to fix this problem". it is very difficult for a person with visual impairment to click the baloon he doesn't see; but it is possible to click the baloon by mouse. that is why i kindly beg your support to create the keyboard shortcut which will be used instead of a mouse to click various baloons appear to solve various problems directly from the baloons!

Duplicate of #1864. Note that Windows+b will normally do what you want.
