change keyboard accelerator for two options in Document Formatting dialog

Hi,
Could report links check box be assigned the the keyboard accelerator Alt + K and report lists Alt + L, because l and k are their respective browse mode quick navigation keys, this would help in remembering.
By the way, is keyboard accelerator the right word for what I am talking about?

This changes translatable strings and won't be ready to graduate before the freeze (today). Deferring.
