Fix image generation requests returning local HTTP 404 responses when routed through the Responses compatibility proxy.

  • Forward image generation, image editing, and search endpoints while preserving request bodies, encoding, authentication, and HTTP methods.
  • Preserve existing realtime WebSocket routing and restrict upgrades to supported endpoints.
  • Include the image_generation tool name in live and historical image reports.
  • Add ACP v2 regression coverage for live generation, completion-only events, and history replay.
