• Per-model enable/disable toggle (#382): Models can now be individually enabled or disabled via an ON/OFF pill toggle in the admin panel. Disabled models are excluded from routing. Backend routes: toggle_model, bulk_update_models.
• Embedding test menu (#382): Embedding models now show dedicated test options — Embedding, Batch, Matryoshka (custom dimensions modal), and Multimodal.

• Atomic config writes (#387): write_config now uses tempfile + fsync + os.replace for crash-safe, cross-platform atomic writes. Zero platform-specific code.
• Cross-process config serialization (#387): New config_lock(path) using .lock sidecar files with fcntl.flock (Unix) / msvcrt.locking (Windows). Protects multiple gateway instances sharing the same config file. All 14 admin route handlers wrapped.
• Model table UI restyle (#382): Checkbox multi-select with bulk action bar. Clone/Delete moved into ⋯ dropdown menu.
