This PR:

  • updates the Acknowledgements section to thank Jason Romano (original LS editor)
  • updates format of the Editors list to single space the entries

This is replacement for the cancelled PR #416 which was closed w/o merging after discussion at the 28 June working meeting.

I'm not sure how Jason was listed as editor with an NSA email address (or if he had one at all), but in the acknowledgements he should be affiliated with General Dynamics Mission Systems.

He did participate as NSA because GD wasn't an OASIS member. The intent had been for G2's participation to also be under NSA but since G2 had joined OASIS separately my affiliation was G2 until HII declined to join OASIS, when it was shifted to NSA. I'm guessing Duncan has the right of it, but I don't know if there are actual rules.
