Openship v0.9.8 — Recommended update

Recommended patch restoring scoped agent creation and agent-backed automations
introduced in 0.9.7.

• Compatible assistant runtime — update all Mindwire dependencies to 0.1.60,
  which supports the required bot protocol 9 and application-managed tools.
  OpenShip provisions the matching runtime on local and remote assistant hosts
  while preserving existing profiles and sign-ins.
• Release verification — create, edit and reopen scoped Codex and Claude
  profiles against the actual released daemon, and verify scoped agent creation
  and reuse over SSH before publishing. Keep the protocol and permission checks.
