Update ocean.py docs wrt brownie -> web3.py

Now that brownie has been removed and changes have been made to the ocean.py lib, we need to make sure the docs reflect the current state of the library.

Note: ocean.py#1480 is a mirror of this issue, so that s3 can track it without having to track all of docs repo.
