Closing; we'll merge #403 and see if any build failures occur when the next lockfile PR is proposed. |

I ran `npm list` and, one at a time, installed the latest minor version of each package given. After installing, I ran `npm run start-fixtures-server` and `npm run test --ignore-scripts` to attempt to reproduce the test failures we're seeing in #394. Each time, the tests succeeded. I'm going to merge this PR and close #394 for now, and then we'll see if additional test failures occur when a new lockfile maintenance PR is proposed.
