Authenticate inbound webhooks when WEBHOOK_SECRET is set.

One secret maps to Brevo Bearer, Maileva Basic, or a Scaleway URL token; the view rejects a mismatch with 403. Copy Maileva request headers on 401 retry so the first Authorization is not overwritten.
