isShielded and hasProof on indexed transactions now say what the ledger payload carries; no migration.

• Transactions.isShielded: zswap inputs, outputs or transients, from the decode pass (crawler.decodePayloads).
• Transactions.hasProof: a contract call or zswap proof; the DUST fee spend's proof does not count.
• Both null until a row is decoded (were always false); system transactions stay false.
• Transactions.proofHash: no longer set (was the extrinsic hash).
• palletMap isShielded: applies only until the payload is decoded.
