v0.24.1

From this release the language server and the Oxlint plugin share the
plugin's version, so @oddsquad/lit-language-server and
@oddsquad/oxlint-plugin-lit move from 0.2.0 and 0.1.0 to 0.24.1, released
together with @oddsquad/vite-plugin-lit and @oddsquad/lit-devtools. A
hover names a component's file relative to your project, and the docs moved
to lit-devtools.oddsquad.dev. Nothing needs action to upgrade.

  tag's hover shows src/x-button.ts instead of the file's full path on
  disk.
