Initial Go Release

Whilst Uberstack already has a substantial amount of functionality, this release is more about ensuring that the release process works. Feedback/tickets about aspects of Uberstack that are not behaving as expected are welcome.

Note, currently, Uberstack is compiled for MacOS on a workstation and Linux on the Docker host. Future versions can resolve this.
