In the following section of the documentation, there are two broken links:

Copy this data file into a new directory (data) in your estate module and copy these lines into your manifest.py file (you may need to create a new database to load in the demo data).

The branch 16.0-J_reports do exist but not the branch 18.0-J_reports.

This tutorial chapter is barely maintained, and I plan to rewrite it in the future. So, in the meantime, I simply added a branch 18.0-J_reports duplicated from 16.0-J_reports.
