Updating to new standards, and there is a new ‘Show on Dashboard’ option in Time Off Type configuration.

Note - once this PR is closed, I will create a new reporting doc for this, and expand on the reports. There were only 2 reports, now there are 3, so they can be in their own doc, but only after this is published. When I create the new Reporting doc, I will expand on the last, new report (it's just a small paragraph in this PR).
