In community PR odoo/odoo#223358 and enterprise PR odoo/enterprise#92173. we introduce the new tax return mechanism. This includes filing returns directly from the Tax Returns dashboard, validation checks before submission and an improved reconciliation flow. This commit updates the Indian GST documentation to reflect these changes and also adds the GSTR-2B report inside the Tax Reports section. task- 5097904
