Fix Jumbotron

the angular-bootstrap jumbotron's animations don't work properly.  Instead of the next slide sliding in from the side, it just stretches vertically. Also, the image needs to be the full width and height of the browser window, it doesn't look good are larger displays, larger than 2560x1600. The "banner" with text under the image needs to be on top of the image, anchored at the bottom of the image.
