OffiAI beta 45

macOS (Apple Silicon), notarized. Main 8407de02.

• Idle conversations never block a new task [T-279]: when every desk is held by a finished, idle conversation, starting a new task or ordering a presentation moves an older idle one to the waiting list by itself and gives the new work its desk; "Reopen" brings the same conversation back with its history and sends nothing. A desk with a running turn, an approval, an unsent draft or an unread result is never moved; when every desk is protected, the full-office message says what to do next (EN/ES/DE). Gemini sessions the app found running can now be released with a confirmation.
• Daily outfit pick [T-256]: Settings → Robot → Outfit can let the robot pick its outfit each day from the existing kit — with your thinking model if one is set up, otherwise a fixed daily rotation that uses no model allowance; a failed pick keeps yesterday's outfit and is not retried. An outfit you pick yourself wins for today and daily mode carries on tomorrow; "Turn daily pick off" keeps your choice. Hover or focus the current-outfit label for the reason (EN/ES/DE). No new artwork.
• Phone view fixes [T-257 fix]: the desk label pills stay inside the office scene instead of piling up over the task list, and the office scene now loads its models when the page is opened over a plain local network address (it stayed empty in beta 44).
• Visitors, host side only [T-244, first part]: in the opt-in remote office (off by default), Settings → Remote access has a "Visitors" section with "Invite a visitor" (a name, 1 hour / 8 hours / 24 hours / 7 days, optionally reading conversations; "Look only" is the only grant). The single-use code shows once, with Copy and Cancel. There is no visitor page yet, so a colleague cannot visit with this build; with Allow connections off nothing new listens.
• Roadmap page: the robot brain and the schedules/network items are listed under beta 43, where they shipped.
• Not in this build: the visitor page and visiting, whole-plan approval, background phone notifications, the office editor.
• Features inventory: nothing from beta 44 was removed.
Plugin 0.4.0 unchanged. Windows: see windows-preview-1.
