SuperTodoist v0.5.0

SuperTodoist is now an independent Supernote plugin, with its own identity, native modules and private settings. It continues SuperTask by apclark31; full credits and the retained MIT license are in the repository.

Changes

• Independent plugin ID supertodoist001, key SuperTodoist, namespace com.supertodoist and private storage. SuperTask settings/queues are not imported automatically.
• gpt-6-luna is the default AI model; gpt-6.1-sol is also included. Custom models remain supported.
• NOTE and DOC capture actions say Add to Todoist and use a new monochrome icon.
• New note links use supertodoist://; existing supertask:// links and SuperTask note references remain readable.
• Existing offline task management, collections, handwriting batch review, optional AI/OCR fallback, and paginated boards are retained.

Install and configure

Download SuperTodoist-v0.5.0.snplg, copy it into MyStyle, then select it in Settings > Apps > Plugins > Select Plugin Package and enable SuperTodoist. Configure your Todoist token and optional OpenAI key in Settings > Setup. Token-file import now uses MyStyle/SuperTodoist/supertodoist-token.txt.

This is a fresh installation, not an in-place update of SuperTask. If replacing SuperTask, sync any queued work before removing it and be ready to re-enter settings. There is no automatic credential/cache/queue migration. See the README for setup, settings, usage, privacy and upstream credits.

Verification

• 335 offline tests, TypeScript, lint without errors, native archive/DEX/ARM64 checks, and pinned Hermes compilation passed.
• The exact installer was transferred to a Nomad and its device SHA-256 matched. The old SuperTask was removed, and SuperTodoist 0.5.0 was installed and enabled ON.
• Fresh Setup, Luna/Sol choices and model-entry keyboard avoidance passed device smoke checks. Settings restoration is manual; no credentials were entered or saved during testing.
• Authenticated Todoist/AI/capture workflows were not re-exercised on this candidate. The inherited dependency audit is not clean; details and the precise verification scope are in v0.5.0 release checks.

SHA256SUMS.txt and the optional dev-server.js local log receiver are attached. The log receiver is not required for normal use; log upload is explicit.

First standalone public prerelease of SuperTodoist, continued from SuperTask by apclark31. Full credits and source provenance are in ATTRIBUTION.md; the original MIT license is retained.

Install

Download SuperTodoist-v0.4.0-beta.29.snplg, copy it to MyStyle, then choose it in Settings > Apps > Plugins > Select Plugin Package and enable the plugin. See the README for Todoist token setup, optional OpenAI settings, capture, offline sync, collections, boards and privacy.

This package intentionally retains the existing SuperTask plugin identity and private storage paths. It updates that installation; the two cannot coexist. Do not uninstall SuperTask or clear PluginHost data. Sync queued work first when possible. Legacy token-file imports still use MyStyle/SuperTask/supertask-token.txt.

Included

• Cached tasks and durable offline queues, foreground reconnect sync, conflict handling and recurring-task completion.
• Todoist projects/collections, inline task creation and editing, batch selection/actions, and completed sections.
• List and two-lane paginated board views, grouping, sorting and collapsible sidebar.
• Handwriting batch capture, title/description splitting, supported Todoist shorthand, optional AI refinement with model presets and OCR fallback.
• SuperTodoist display/toolbar branding, with compatible internal identifiers.

Validation and limitations

All 331 offline tests, TypeScript, lint (no errors; inherited warnings remain), native package inspection and pinned Hermes compilation passed. The package contains the expected native registrations/classes and ARM64 library. SHA-256 checksums are attached.

No device or emulator was available for this release. The earlier beta.28 Nomad checks do not verify this renamed beta.29 package or its update path. This is a prerelease, with hardware checks still pending.

The inherited dependency audit is not clean: npm audit --omit=dev reported 42 findings (including React Native CLI/Metro/Jest dependency chains). Host-compatible remediation remains outstanding; do not force-upgrade React Native away from the required 0.79.2. Exact checks, audit summary and remaining verification are in Release checks.

dev-server.js is an optional local log receiver, not required to install or use the plugin. Logs upload only through an explicit user action to a configured server; review their contents before sharing.
