• Jump anywhere in the folder browser: click the path at the top and it becomes an edit box with everything selected — paste a path, press Enter, done. Folder paths browse there; file paths open directly. Explorer's quoted "Copy as path" output and %USERPROFILE%-style variables work too. Thanks @a86022 for the suggestion (#52)
• Create files and folders in place: the new +folder and +file buttons create items in the browsed directory. A new file (.md added automatically) opens straight into edit mode — Tinta now doubles as a quick note-taking tool (#52)

Fixed

• Nested inline spans render completely: code inside bold or a link, italic inside bold, and strikethrough/highlight inside emphasis previously vanished from the page entirely; every combination now renders with its correct merged style, including bold/italic monospace faces. Contributed by @learn-more (#51)
• Chinese text uses Chinese fonts: the font fallback is split by Unicode range so shared Han ideographs pick Microsoft YaHei UI first — correct glyph variants and consistent stroke weight — while kana keeps Japanese fonts and Hangul keeps Malgun Gothic. Contributed by @wxh-777 (#48)
• Inline code spans no longer push a following comma away from the pill (#51)

Installation

1. Download tinta.exe below and run it — no installation required (you may need to click "More info" → "Run anyway" on SmartScreen)
2. Or: Microsoft Store · winget install tinta · scoop install tinta (bucket)
3. Optionally run tinta.exe /register to register Markdown and Mermaid files
