As a non-advanced git user, go through this basic process:

For people with no git experience:
- Go to https://github.com/okestonia/jkan/tree/master/_datasets
- Edit/add files based on https://github.com/okestonia/jkan/blob/master/_data/schemas/default.yml
- Press "Create pull request"
- Be sure to choose "okestonia/jkan" from the left-hand menu
- Press "Create pull request"
For git users
- Clone repo https://github.com/okestonia/jkan
- Edit what you need
- Create a pull request

And document it in Estonian in a way thats actually readable by the potential dataset maintainers.
