Refactor:
Ongoing migration away from "God" Helper classes and heavy Object Manager usage in favor of ViewModels.

Admin Notification Feed:
Improved general flow and performance. Added locks, SSL for cURL, and changed the trigger to admin login. The feed check now triggers only once per session, even if a data fetch fails.

RequireJS Optimization:
Replaced the require_js.phtml template hack with the RemoveRequireJsConfigs plugin, which only triggers during the RequireJS configuration build.
