Internet access for updates and language downloads?

Right now Suflyor has no internet permission at all. Android itself doesn't let it send anything anywhere: your scripts and your voice stay on the phone. The release workflow fails if that permission ever shows up in the APK.

Two features would need it:

• Updates inside the app. Today you get them through Obtainium or by downloading the APK again.
• Language downloads. More speech languages are coming (Portuguese, Spanish, German, French and others). Each model is 30 to 700 MB, too much to put all of them into one APK. Without internet, Suflyor opens the download in your browser, and then you pick the downloaded file in the app. With internet it would be one tap.

With the permission, the app would use it only for these two things and only when you tap a button. The code is open, so anyone can check that.
