- 對話被搬到背景執行後，架子不見了（a3e82f4）：Claude Code 有時會把正在進行的對話移到背景程序重新啟動，新程序沒有
TMUX、TMUX_PANE這些環境變數，image-shelf 找不到自己在哪個 tmux 窗格，貼圖後沒有預覽。現在改從程序的上層找出窗格；輸入框上方白線中間多了對話標題時，也認得出來 - 版本號改為 0.1.6（eb75d91）

已經裝過的話，在 Claude Code 執行 /plugin 更新 image-shelf。正在開著的 Claude Code 要重開才會載入新版；對話已經在背景執行的話，/exit 不會結束它，要結束背景那個程序再 claude --resume。

- 啟動失敗後整個對話都沒有預覽（c12f10b）：mod 啟動、編譯 Swift 程式或浮動視窗只要失敗一次，結果就被記住，之後不再重試，也不顯示錯誤，貼圖後架子一直是空的。現在啟動失敗會在下一輪重試；編譯失敗 30 秒後重試；浮動視窗當掉會自動重開（開不到 5 秒就當掉的話，等 30 秒再開）。啟動連續失敗 5 次，或編譯失敗時，會跳一次提醒
- 錯誤記錄（c12f10b）：每種失敗寫一行到
/private/tmp/image-shelf/errors.log（時間、session、哪一步、錯誤訊息），同樣的錯誤只寫一次；claude --debug的 debug log 也有。貼了圖卻沒有預覽時，先看這個檔案 - 版本號改為 0.1.5（fb5a577）

- One failure at start left the shelf empty for the whole session (c12f10b): a failed start, Swift build or floating window was kept and never retried or shown. Now the start is tried again at the next look, a build 30 s later, and a crashed floating window is started again (30 s later if it died within 5 s). A start failing five times in a row, or a failed build, shows a toast
- Error log (c12f10b): each failure is written once to
/private/tmp/image-shelf/errors.log(time, session, step, message), and to the debug log underclaude --debug. If a paste shows no picture, look there first - Version 0.1.5 (fb5a577)

- 標註視窗的「完成」「取消」按不到（0ce5c70）：標註視窗和架子的浮動視窗在同一層，架子每次重畫都會跳到最前面，背景蓋住標註視窗最下面那排按鈕。現在標註視窗固定在架子上面一層

- Done and Cancel in the editor could not be clicked (0ce5c70): the editor and the shelf shared the floating window level, and the shelf, which comes to the front each time it redraws, covered the editor's bottom bar with its backdrop. The editor now sits one level above the shelf

- HEIC 照片：iPhone 拍的
.heic/.heif，Claude Code 本身不收，貼上或拖進來只會變成一串路徑。現在 image-shelf 會把它轉成 PNG，一樣排在架子上（標成「HEIC 1」），可以點開標註；送出時 Claude 會被告知去讀轉好的 PNG，看得到照片
修正
/clear之後：換成新的對話時，架子會清空，舊對話的浮動視窗也會關掉- 跟其他外掛並用：輸入框上方有別的外掛開的窗格、留給圖片的空間不夠時，圖片會改用那個窗格最下面幾列

.heic/.heiffiles (iPhone photos); a path to one stays text. image-shelf now converts it to PNG, shows it on the shelf as "HEIC 1" (click to mark it up), and on send tells Claude to read the PNG

- 輸入框很長時：Claude 畫在圖片下方的提示文字會被蓋好，不會從縫隙露出來
- 圖片順序：維持貼上的順序，最新的一張會捲到看得到的位置

- Top/bottom splits: pictures in the lower pane were placed outside the window
- Light mode: the position is measured on new windows too; no grey box around the pictures; tiles use a light shade
- [-] patch: uses the pane's own iTerm2 profile colours instead of the first profile
- Tall prompts: the hint Claude draws under the pictures is fully covered
- Order: pictures stay in paste order, and the newest one is scrolled into view

- 用鍵盤切換 iTerm2 分頁，或拖動視窗時，圖片會在 0.5 秒內跟上
- Claude 回答時，圖片會留著，給下一則訊息用
- 浮動視窗意外結束時，如果還有圖片在等，會自動重新啟動
- 用 Ctrl+X Ctrl+A 把圖片列叫回來時，能正確偵測到
- 選單列 App 的小面板不會再把圖片列蓋掉

功能
- 貼上的圖片排在 Claude Code 輸入框左上方，顯示成真正的縮圖，超過一排可以左右捲動
- 點縮圖打開標註編輯器，可以畫筆、畫圓、框選、箭頭、文字、裁切、旋轉。送出時 Claude 會被告知去讀編輯過的版本
- iTerm2（有沒有 tmux 都可以）：用一個浮在終端機上方的透明小視窗顯示圖片。切到別的 App、切 tmux 分頁、Claude 回答時會自動隱藏
- Ghostty / kitty（不在 tmux 裡）：直接用 Claude Code 內建的圖片元件顯示
需求
- macOS，以及 Xcode Command Line Tools（
xcode-select --install） - Claude Code 2.1.292 以後
- iTerm2 需要「螢幕錄製」權限
已知限制
- 拖動視窗時，圖片要放開滑鼠才會對齊

標註編輯器取自 alan890104/claude-code-paste-preview（MIT）。
Features
- Pasted pictures sit above the Claude Code prompt as real thumbnails; more than one row scrolls sideways
- Click a thumbnail to annotate it: pen, circle, box, arrow, text, crop, rotate. When you send, Claude is told to read the edited version
- iTerm2 (with or without tmux): pictures are drawn by a transparent floating panel above the terminal. It hides when you switch apps, switch tmux windows, or while Claude is replying
- Ghostty / kitty (outside tmux): uses Claude Code's built-in image component
Requirements
- macOS with Xcode Command Line Tools (
xcode-select --install) - Claude Code 2.1.292 or later
- Screen Recording permission for iTerm2
Known limits
- While a window is being dragged, pictures line up only after the mouse is released
- Switching iTerm2 tabs with the keyboard can take up to 20 s to hide the shelf (improved in 0.1.1)
