Issue with desktop animations

I have a problem: I can't find how or where to edit the config to enable desktop switching animations on my omarchy. I really need help. i tried a lot of solutions with AI.

Omarchy turns workspace animations off on purpose. In default/hypr/looknfeel.lua there's:

hl.animation({ leaf = "workspaces", enabled = false })

Don't edit that file (it gets overwritten on updates). Override it in your own ~/.config/hypr/looknfeel.lua instead, just add this at the end:

hl.animation({ leaf = "workspaces", enabled = true, speed = 4, bezier = "easeOutQuint", style = "slide" })

It should apply as soon as you save. If not, run hyprctl reload.

You can change style to slidevert for vertical, or fade. That's probably why the AI answers didn't work, Omarchy uses the Lua config now, not the old animation = workspaces, ... syntax from hyprland.conf.
