Fixes carried by the Aptima, omatech2022 and cecot-facturae local copies, now in master: the extraction cache writes the key it reads (it never hit before); Loader geocoding no longer calls an undefined geocoder and stores coordinates once, throwing when no geocoder or coordinates are available; setupCache and BcryptHasher reference global exception classes; Utils\Ips and Utils\Time no longer use split()/each(), removed in PHP 7; null-safe string casts, declared $lang, #[\AllowDynamicProperties] on Comparator/Migrator/TranslatorModel, integer srand() seed and no read of the optional relation caption. Still compatible with PHP 7.4 syntax; DBAL ^3.10 || ^4.5. Verified with the Aptima (47 tests), omatech2022 (30) and cecot-facturae (76 + loader integration) suites.
