v3.3.1 fixes an issue that caused listeners to randomly be skipped, due to a concurrent‑modification bug that would occur if a listener terminated itself while the dispatcher was iterating the listener list, causing the array to shrink, and skipping the next listener as it shifted into the previous index.

  • feat: fix concurrent modification issue and add filter to NET.listen's options 4880562
    • added filter to NET.listen's options for pre-"packet reassembly" filtering, used for optimizing filtering based on meta signature and/or guid
    • optimize invoke listener by using NET.listen filter
    • refactored fragment collection and added an error if duplicate fragments are received
    • fixed an issue where listeners would get skipped due to a concurrent modification by a listener terminator
