Help confirm a model

Run:

eara --json status

Then open a Device support report with your distribution, firmware, and a checklist of working controls. Redact the Bluetooth address and most of the serial number before posting publicly; retain only the model/SKU prefix when it is needed for detection.

The source-of-truth matrix also lives in LINEUP.md.
