The trie validation functionality is a very expensive operation when the ledger size starts growing.
the previous code verified every single trie loaded from the checkpoint loader and that is very time-consuming when we restart the node or export the root checkpoint.
In this PR we shift the logic to only validate the final trie before exporting.
