Following arguments in the MDR S-map were revised:

• The default E and make_block_max_lag in compute_mvd() is changed to 3. Note that E in compute_mvd() is the embedding dimension used for time delay embedding to calculate the multiview distance.
• E_effect_var in make_block_mvd() was renamed to max_lag to clarify its meaning.
