Add /MP functionality for debugging purposes #19

SB+ has a /MP option that a user can enter and find out where they are in the process. SJ+ uses this with customer sites when they call. She can ask them to enter "/MP" and get the information from that. That can be followed with an F7 to learn more, if I recall correctly.

There are a variety of things that can be done via the function keys … including launch SB tools. I don’t care about that and I know it is impossible at this point when we cannot launch those types of tools directly anyway. What is key about the /MP is being able to trace how you got where you are. What field on what screen… potentially from what program or process or even menu (that would be an improvement over the way SB’s works).

I am trying replying to this as an email because the sig line below says I can do that. It should show up on the hub?
