June 6, 2020 release candidate 1

This version has been tested but not thoroughly.
I'll continue testing it until it reaches a stable condition.
In the meantime the development will continue on a branch.

You can download installers for this version from this page.
I'm providing two versions (one 32 and the other 64 bits) based on Harbour 3.2 and MinGW.
If you are interested on other compilers please let me now.
