Basis 0.22.2

All six crates share version 0.22.2: basis, basis-host, basis-tasks, basis-acp, basis-a2a, and basis-cli.

• cargo install basis-cli now uses the same size-oriented release profile as
  workspace builds: symbol stripping, opt-level = "s", LTO, and one codegen
  unit. The profile is retained in the published CLI manifest; CI inspects the
  generated crate archive to reject missing or drifting settings.
• Require Mentra 0.34.1: shell scheduling reads its fixed execution category
  without rebuilding the tool's JSON schema. Scheduling classification,
  approval previews, and command execution are unchanged. This upstream patch
  also includes additive owned ToolProgress handles for work that outlives a
  tool call.
• Adopt mentra-provider 0.9.6 and resolve Tokio 1.53.3, zstd 0.14.3,
  zstd-safe 8.2.0, and zstd-sys 2.1.2 in the release lockfile, addressing
  RUSTSEC-2026-0386, RUSTSEC-2026-0391, RUSTSEC-2026-0398,
  RUSTSEC-2026-0403, and RUSTSEC-2026-0410.
• Retain the existing feature selection and panic unwinding. Applications
  embedding the Basis SDK still use their own root release profiles and must
  resolve the patched dependencies in their own lockfiles; upgrading Basis
  does not change their build settings.

Install the CLI with cargo install basis-cli --version 0.22.2 --locked.
