Breaking: interfaces no longer carry an I prefix. Every exported
contract uses its bare name: SignalProtocolClient, SignalProtocolRelayServer, ProtocolStore, SessionStore, SenderKeyStore, IdentityKeyStore, KemPreKeyStore, SignalProtocolLocalStore, Logger, GroupServer, ProvisioningService, KeyRotationService, and the rest. Where the bare
name belonged to the sole implementing class, the class is now DefaultSignalProtocolClient or DefaultSignalProtocolManager, and the
low-level constructor call is DefaultSignalProtocolClient.create(). createSignalProtocolClient() and createHostedSignalProtocolClient() are
unchanged. The device-lifecycle contracts are DeviceLifecycleSecureStore, DeviceLifecycleConvexClient, KeyStorageOps, and DeviceLifecycleLogger,
so the lifecycle logger no longer shares a name with the SDK Logger.
