Fixed: a hosted client with hosted.profileKeys now sends sealed 1:1
messages. Before, the hosted factory gave the sealed sender cipher no
contact store, so each 1:1 message was identified and the Relay saw its
sender. Now a hosted client sends a sealed 1:1 message only when hosted.profileKeys is set, and only to a contact whose profile key contacts holds. Each other 1:1 message is identified. Until the client
holds the profile key of a contact, its messages to that contact are
identified and carry this account's profile key. The client also registers
with the Relay the access key that it derives from this account's profile
key, so a contact that holds that profile key can send sealed messages to
this account. When the Relay refuses the access key of a contact, the
client sends that message identified and records the refusal in contacts. Messages to that contact stay identified until its profile key
changes. A hosted client without hosted.profileKeys sends identified
messages only.
