Improving test coverage.
As of today, overall: 85.24%, InMemoryExporter: 78.48%, InMemoryExporterMetricsExtensions: 75% source
With this change InMemoryExporterMetricsExtensions comes up to 97.50%

IDeferredMeterProviderBuilderappears to be a testing gap for most exporters.If this PR is accepted, I will do the same for all exporters. :)
