feat: enterprise installation and lockdown

We would like to deploy this within our environment and connect it to our OWUI for all users

Features Requested:

• installation arguments for silent install
• installation arguments for pre-configured OWUI instance
• installation arguments for locking down settings/config so users can't change or deploy OWUI
• msi

Purpose:

• To better package, deploy, and configure over MDM or RMM applications for user endpoint deployment
