Description
Update package.json and package-lock.json to remove security vulnerabilities.
Note: Security vulnerabilities for breaking changes haven't been resolved within this PR. It would be done within a separate PR along with Angular 7 update. A separate branch for
gsoc-2019would be created for the same which would be merged later withmaster.Related issues and discussion
