Sovereign Release (v0.2.0)

• Production MCP Stdio Server (--mcp): Full JSON-RPC 2.0 stdio server with streaming object-boundary framing, handling concatenated messages ({}{}), EOF without trailing newlines, ping method handler, and clean notification lifecycle (notifications/initialized, exit, shutdown).
• 4 Clean, Robust MCP Tools:

  1. process_tree: Returns full process tree or table with systemd slice classification (slice, format: ["tree", "table", "json"]).
  2. find_process: Finds processes by name or command substring with pid, ppid, comm, state, slice, and rss_kb.
  3. process_details: Returns complete metadata for target PID (pid, ppid, comm, state, slice, rss_kb, threads, cgroup_path, cmdline). Strictly validates positive PID with -32602.
  4. send_signal: Dispatches POSIX signals to a target PID under explicit capability authorization (ProcessCap). Strictly validates positive PID > 0 (rejecting negative or 0 PIDs with -32602), validates signal name/number, and dispatches via signal_send.
    • CLI & Tree Renderer Improvements:
    • -t, --tree: Hierarchical process tree view with Unicode branch connectors (├──, └──).
    • -l, --list, --flat: Flat table view of running processes.
    • -s, --slice <NAME>: Filter processes by systemd slice.
    • -p, --pid <PID>: Subtree visualization rooted at target PID.
    • --ascii: Pure ASCII branch connectors (|--, \--) for legacy terminals.
    • --no-color: Suppresses all ANSI escapes.
    • -theme, --theme <NAME>: Override active color palette.
    • Bumped version to 0.2.0.
    • Tri-Distribution Packaging: Standalone native binary (oops-linux-x86_64), Arch package (.pkg.tar.zst), Debian package (.deb), and Red Hat/Fedora RPM (.rpm) with dist/checksums.txt and sha256 digests.
    • Comprehensive 4-Tier QA Suite: 75+ assertions covering CLI flags, tree view, flat list, slice filtering, all 4 MCP tools, negative PID signal rejection, concatenated JSON-RPC messages, EOF without newline, error responses (-32600, -32601, -32602), double-run determinism, and performance benchmarks.
    • 100% openOODA Academy Compliant: Zero ambient authority (&FsReadCap, &ProcessCap, &EnvCap), 16–256 line bounds per file, 4-element Academy headers, pure shims in anchor.oo, and directory density <= 8 pages.
