Taken from openSUSE/daps#383

Please disallow "xreflabel" in GeekoDoc. Attributes do not get translated and therefore we should not allow xreflabel (and NovDoc does not support it anyway).

As discussed with Frank and Tanja today, we don't want/need xreflabel in any elements as it is hard for our translators.
