After the Debian transformer is run the recipe filename is changed. Therefore the Debian changes filename is deduced from the DEB_DSCFILE instead.
This reverts commit 9a47d39. Conflicts: build-recipe-dsc

After the Debian transformer is run the *.dsc filename has changed. Therefore using the original *.dsc filename to deduce the changes file doesn't work always.
