OpenAgent Core 1.1.0 beta 22

Adds opt-in public services for verified connector provenance and product-local privacy jobs: selective canonical histories, compaction/child/replay/search copies, encrypted ACL-scoped exports and durable per-revision progress. Canonical text delivery fences revoked pending/in-flight content; unsupported protected writers and unknown historical cohorts remain blocked without deleting unrelated data. Hosts without the services keep existing behavior.

Core, SQLite, gateway and Python SDK are version 1.1.0b22. Compatible optional module versions remain unchanged. Source: 5d6e482c39fb3685a0e565eac1da69c4eabb95e5.

Qualification: source 238 Core tests, 6 public grounding tests and 76 product tests plus 16 subtests; normal installed closure/pipcheck/import-prefix validation, 83 installed Core tests, 6 grounding tests and 79 product tests plus 16 subtests. The catalog-only supplement verifies the public runner's 12 official connectors and one custom MCP entry. The original failed catalog-count fixture is retained verbatim alongside its passing supplement; no wheels were rebuilt.

This release does not activate providers or attest real two-server Shopify acceptance. The product candidate's native-tool public provenance remains a separate release gate.
