Fixes

• Linux exclusive publication: publishFileExclusive with rename-noreplace uses the identity-checked link/unlink move fallback in native auto when RENAME_NOREPLACE is unsupported, consumes the source on success, and reports fallback: "link-unlink" plus precise partial-failure receipts; native require stays fail-closed. Link/unlink is not crash-atomic. (#843, openclaw#166246) Thanks @MertBasar0.
• Native clone descriptors: native file copies return read-write descriptors, so Linux clones can be read immediately and macOS clones can be written while preserving read-only source modes. (#844)
