Highlights

• Watcher reconciliation: measured Linux polling on a 20,313-directory tree uses about 10× less idle CPU and 29× fewer filesystem syscalls, with worst event-loop stall reduced from 151 ms to about 6 ms. (#1002)

Performance

• Watcher reconciliation: reuse unchanged guarded watcher listings between full safety-net reconciliations, with guarded filesystem work in a shared Node worker thread, cheap per-entry metadata checks and full rescans on uncertainty. Ticks reconcile incrementally; full guarded reconciliation runs every five minutes by default, configurable with fullReconcileIntervalMs. Thanks @martinderm for openclaw#174341. (#1002)
