All of the references to "Executive Director" in the Charter are written as "Linux Foundation Executive Director" or "Executive Director of the Linux Foundation" (who is Jim Zemlin). @caniszczyk is the Executive Director of the OCI, but it seems like the Charter seems to imply that he has no procedural powers because there are no references to his position? In fact as far as I can tell, it doesn't even establish his existence.
Is this a mistake -- should all of the references to "Executive Director of the Linux Foundation" or "Linux Foundation Executive Director" actually be "OCI Executive Director"?
