OpenCRVS - v2.0.3

Introduction

OpenCRVS v2.0.3 is a hotfix release which includes some technical improvements and bug fixes.
It is to be used in conjunction with a forked country configuration release v2.0.3

Bug fixes

• The image crop window now matches the targetSize configured on a file field. It was always a circle, so a non-square target stretched the saved image and gave the user no way to frame it accurately. #12034

• A print button placed in a custom action's form no longer breaks the page. Opening the action showed an "Oops!" error instead of the form, so configurations that let a user print something — a notification receipt, for example — part-way through a record's life could not be used at all. The button now works wherever it is configured, and custom action forms can read the record they act on, so fields in them can be shown or hidden based on it. #13056

• Corrected the default country list, which had not been reviewed since 2017. Implementations maintaining their own client.csv should re-run yarn extract:translations and add any keys it reports as missing. #11954
