You are using Python 3.9. There are no wheels for that release for Python 3.9 because Python 3.9 did not exist back then.

I am a little bit new to openCV and python development I have the same issue, but I have installed pyenv and set it to 3.8 according to the docs it should be supported but I still have the same error:

You are using Python 3.9. There are no wheels for that release for Python 3.9 because Python 3.9 did not exist back then.

@Koa28062004 there were no builds for Apple Silicon at that moment. First M1s were released in November 2020, while you're refering to the release of OpenCV from February 2020 :-)
I'd suggest to take a newer OpenCV version, most probably it'll work without any changes in your code.
