Description of problem:

After importing a pipeline created in Elyra into RHODS, the terminology for all steps in the pipeline visualization shows "run a file ...".
The issue described in thread here: https://redhat-internal.slack.com/archives/C03UGJY6Z1A/p1686066294486929

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
Create pipeline in Elyra
Import pipeline
Access pipeline graph
View text in steps
Actual results:
Steps all say "Run a file..."

Expected results:
Pipeline text shows actual step names as in Kubeflow pipelines - see screenshot in slack thread linked above.

This Issue is filed in odh-dashboard: opendatahub-io/odh-dashboard#1507
Monitor that issue and support any efforts needed from notebooks end.
