We've tried using this config in Paragon, but installing the package causes errors with
peerDependenciesas Paragon already has@types/jestandts-jestinstalled with higher versions.As far as I understand typescript config doesn't really need
ts-jestnor@types/jestto run (it certainly doesn't care about their versions), so I think we should just delete them.
