- README: state the Asiacrypt 2026 Artifacts Functional scope and point to the
  quick validation as the intended evaluation path.
- Add the missing artifacts/results/archived/README.md referenced by the README.
- Correct two stale SHA-256 entries in the historical manifest, which made
  archived-report fail out of the box.
- Correct the Table 4 Sparse-THI p=16 EvalLUT transcription to the paper value.
- Update the stale archived-average assertion in test_artifact.py.
- Ignore generated results directories.

Validated locally: unit tests OK, check-counts 15/15, smoke 24/24,
archived-report 30/30 and theory, all without a full paper run.
